RN PRE-OP/PACU Nurse

Our center operates Monday through Friday. We are seeking a flexible, positive, energetic individual with exceptional communication and critical thinking skills. This position will work as a Pre-OP/ PACU Nurse calling patients prior to and after their procedures. Tasks include but are not limited to: Reviewing medical histories and medications with patients, giving pre-op procedure instructions. Compiling important patient records in patients' charts Admitting/preparing patients for surgery Post OP care Collaborating and communicating with staff and medical providers to coordinate patient procedure planning and care Inventory management REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical RN experience in related area such as in a hospital, clinic, outpatient surgery, medical practice, etc. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
