for operational and business reporting.\nDesign, implement, and support cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, including deployment, monitoring, storage, and security.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues across the full technology stack.\nDevelop and execute unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and support regression testing activities.\nTransform and migrate legacy applications and data into modern web-based enterprise solutions.\nMonitor application performance, reliability, security, and data integrity while proactively resolving issues.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational procedures.\nUtilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools to automate builds, deployments, and testing.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, and release activities.\nContribute to coding standards, solution architecture, and development best practices.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.\nSupport enterprise initiatives while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, security policies, and organizational best practices.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n11+ years of full stack application development using:\n.NET Core\nC#\nReact JS\nJavaScript\nHTML\nCSS\n11+ years of experience with SQL Server including:\nData modeling\nQuery optimization\nStored procedures\nPerformance tuning\n11+ years of Oracle database experience including legacy data migration to SQL Server.\n11+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformation solutions.\n11+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including application hosting, storage, deployment, and security.\n11+ years of experience converting legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.\n11+ years of experience performing legacy data transformation and migration activities.\n11+ years of experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.\nStrong experience with application troubleshooting, production support, and enterprise application development.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance.\nExcellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n8+ years of experience performing data migrations within government or highly regulated environments.\n8+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n6+ years of experience supporting Texas state agencies, healthcare organizations, or other public sector clients.\nExperience designing scalable cloud-native enterprise applications.\nExperience with
