The goal is to enhance the resident experience by keeping our community in a clean and orderly condition.\nQualifications:\nNo experience required, we're happy to train you!\nMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills\nReliable, with the ability to adjust to changes in workload\nAbility to prioritize workload appropriately\nAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level.\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds\nMust be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently\nAttention to detail\nSuccessfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening\nResponsibilities\nHours 7 am- 4pm\nClean all aspects to prepare the vacant unit including appliances, bathrooms, glass, etc. Other than steam cleaning the carpets, the unit should be ready for move-in.\nMaintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Request re-ordering needed supplies from the Maintenance Supervisor.
