This role will drive one of the most complex facility ramp and operational readiness programs in the organization, coordinating construction, capital equipment deployment, engineering integration, workforce planning, and production startup activities.\r\nAs the Senior Program Manager, you will serve as the central point of accountability for program execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones remain aligned across multiple workstreams. You will provide executive-level visibility into program performance and develop recovery strategies when challenges arise.\r\nKey Responsibilities Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across all program workstreams, including facility construction, capital equipment installation, engineering, manufacturing operations, and workforce readiness.\r\nEstablish program governance processes, milestone reviews, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.\r\nIdentify critical path activities, bottlenecks, and schedule risks while developing mitigation and recovery plans.\r\nLead weekly program reviews and coordinate cross-functional action items to drive accountability and execution.\r\nManage and oversee external PMO partners, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.\r\nDevelop and manage program cost baselines across all workstreams.\r\nMonitor budgets, actual expenditures, forecasts, and cost variances while providing recommendations for corrective action.\r\nMaintain and drive the program risk management process, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and executive escalation.\r\nTrack procurement milestones for capital equipment and proactively manage lead-time, supply chain, and delivery risks.\r\nCross-Functional Coordination Partner with construction, facilities, engineering, automation, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and handoffs.\r\nCoordinate schedules and dependencies between internal stakeholders, contractors, landlords, and suppliers.\r\nSupport facility startup, equipment commissioning, operational readiness, and production ramp activities.\r\nPrepare executive reports and presentations outlining program status, risks, budget performance, and key decision points.\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.\r\n8+ years of program or project management experience.\r\nMinimum 4 years managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects with budgets exceeding $50M.\r\nDemonstrated experience developing and managing integrated master schedules across multiple project workstreams.\r\nStrong knowledge of project controls, including:\r\nCritical Path Method (CPM)\r\nEarned Value Management (EVM)\r\nResource planning and forecasting\r\nSchedule recovery and compression techniques\r\nExperience managing consultants, contractors, and third-party PMO organizations.\r\nPMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing facility startup, production ramp, facility conversions, or large-scale expansion programs.\r\nKnowledge of capital equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning processes.\r\nExperience within data centers, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, modular construction, warehouse automation, or industrial facilities.\r\nAdvanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar enterprise scheduling platforms.\r\nStrong executive communication skills with experience presenting program performance to senior leadership.\r\nWhy Join Us?
