This role applies sophisticated analytical techniques to integrate and interpret complex data sets, develop insights, and drive strategic decision-making. The position also guides system enhancements, supports capability development, and provides leadership across technical teams and initiatives.\n\nJob Title: Training Analytics Developer - Senior\nLCAT: Business Analyst – Level 4\nLocation: Springfield, VA\nOperating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday\nSecurity Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly\nPosition Type: Full-Time\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nApply business analytics and customer segmentation and use data mining for structured and unstructured information to join and explore relationships in disparate data sets.\nApply advanced analytics capabilities to derive insights from a combination of unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data.\nMaintain, move, and manipulate data between applications, using appropriate software.\nIdentify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.\nProvide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.\nRepresent the GPC Program on technical teams or consortiums.\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with MS Office, data mining, ability to develop and manipulate, and maintain databases.\nDemonstrated experience using COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.), COTS desktop software (MS Office and Access), and the Windows operating environment.\nDemonstrated experience with software packages used for advanced statistical analysis of operational data and tools for data visualization (Tableau).\nAbility to develop mathematical algorithms and applications in response to complex requirements.\nAbility to identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.\nAbility to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.\nAbility to take leadership roles on technical teams or consortiums\nDemonstrates good oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills and an ability to work cooperatively and effectively as a team member\n\nDesired Skills:\n\nExperience working with/on certification programs and policy development\n\nAbout Pherson\nPherson was founded in response to requests for analytic, instructional, and management support from the Intelligence Community.
