Prior work experience in sheet metal fabrication and/or training in CNC programming preferred.\nMust be proficient in sheet metal blueprint reading, basic shop math, and use of precision measuring equipment.\nFrequent and continuous light to moderate lifting, repetitive handling and maneuvering of awkward metal pieces is required. Walking, reaching, bending, and good eye, hand, foot coordination is all necessary.\nComfortable with exposure to possible hazards, multiple pinch points and general safety issues associates with sheet metal fabrication. Works in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy area.\nMust be an energetic self-starter and have a strong sense of urgency; and capable of following tasks through to completion.\nMust be self-disciplined, highly organized, goal-oriented.\nMust possess the ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.\nMust possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent organization and proven verbal and written communication skills.\nMust be self motivated with abilities to work independently and collaboratively with team members.\nKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services.
