This role ensures that all cloud-based services meet the security requirements set forth by FedRAMP and other relevant regulatory standards. The specialist works closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve and maintain the necessary security authorizations for operating in federal environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the end-to-end FedRAMP compliance process, including Initial Authorization (ATO) and Continuous Monitoring.\nDevelop and maintain documentation required for FedRAMP certification, including System Security Plans (SSP), Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), and Security Assessment Reports (SAR).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (security, operations, engineering, etc.) to ensure all controls are effectively implemented and maintained.\nWork with third-party assessment organizations (3PAOs) to conduct audits and assessments.\nPerform gap analysis, risk assessments, and readiness assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.\nMonitor the FedRAMP marketplace and stay up-to-date with changes to regulatory requirements and standards.\nProvide guidance and training to internal teams regarding FedRAMP requirements and best practices.\nAssist in responding to security incidents or breaches, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines.\nEnsure continuous monitoring and reporting for ongoing FedRAMP compliance.\nCommunicate effectively with government agencies and contractors regarding authorization status and progress.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management.\nStrong understanding of FedRAMP requirements, NIST 800-53 controls, and cloud security.\nExperience working with 3PAOs and conducting security assessments.\nFamiliarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFedRAMP certification or other relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).\nExperience working within federal environments or managing federal contracts.\nKnowledge of other compliance frameworks such as FISMA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.\n8 Aspects of our Culture:\nValues are what we value\nHigh performance\nFreedom & responsibility\nContext, not control\nHighly aligned, loosely coupled\nContinuous Feedback\nPay Top of Market\nPromotions & Development\nLearn more about Life at Incode!\nBenefits & Perks:\nMeaningful Equity\nFlexible Working Hours & Workplace\nOpen Vacation Policy\nWellness Program\nInternational Travel Opportunities\nAdditional benefit package according to location (401k, medical insurance, etc.)\nEqual Opportunities:\nIncode is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
