This role ensures efficient operations, optimal cycle times, adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery. The position also focuses on maximizing resource utilization and supporting overall company objectives.(Oracle experience required)In collaboration with the Scheduling team, this role reviews and distributes work orders, production schedules, and shipment timelines to ensure alignment across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage production schedules for assigned areas based on work order requirements, priorities, and resource availability (labor, materials, machinery, and equipment)Create detailed and realistic schedules in coordination with Master SchedulersCommunicate and distribute production schedules and work orders to appropriate teamsAdjust and revise schedules as needed to meet changing production demands and prioritiesEvaluate production requirements and capacity to ensure proper staffing and resource allocationMonitor and manage work-in-process (WIP) and job kit areas to maintain workflow efficiencyTrack production progress and ensure timely completion of jobsPrepare and submit status reports, including production progress, WIP, and raw material inventoryAnalyze data to support decision-making related to material supply and finished goods demandIdentify schedule variances and implement corrective actions to align with production plans and forecastsCollaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvementsAdhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standardsSupport manufacturing operations in delivering high-quality products on timeQualifications & RequirementsAssociate degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1 year experience using MRP/ERP systems2+ years of production planning or scheduling experience preferredAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
