This role is ideal for a candidate pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or with equivalent project coordination experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to the build-out and optimization of internal training platforms, data integration, and communication tools, while also participating in site visits and content reviews. This internship will work term will be from September 7, 2026 – December 31, 2026.\n\nIn this role your key responsibilities everyday will be:\nAssist in the completion of the Operations Training SharePoint site, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and aligned with training goals\nSupport the new LMS platform, including data validation and user onboarding\nCollaborate on establishing a Power BI connection between Sezame and the SharePoint Ops Training site to enable dynamic reporting and analytics\nParticipate in site visits to deliver basic training sessions and gather feedback from field teams\nProvide a fresh perspective on existing tasks, templates, and training materials, identifying areas for improvement\nContribute to the development of the ENGIE One Drivers Training program, including content creation and structure\nHelp design and implement internal communication tools to promote training classes, schedules, and updates\nSupport Regional Directors with minor tasks related to operational issues, offering assistance in coordination, documentation, and follow-up\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust be at least a junior or working toward an undergraduate degree in Business, Education, Engineering, or a related field\nWorking toward a PMP certification or has demonstrable experience in project coordination or training program development\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nFamiliarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and learning management systems (LMS)\nSelf-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail\n\nAdditional Details\nThis role requires attendance at a worksite\nMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies\nThis is a part time internship working up to 10-20 hours per week, additional hours/weeks may be available based on business needs and will be discussed in advance with supervisor\nAdditional terms may be available if interest by candidate and deemed appropriate by supervisor\nMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies\n\nCompensation\nHourly Range: $22.50 - $25.50 USD hourly\n\nThis represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.\n\nActual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.\n\nENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
