We're at an inflection point where cutting-edge AI meets real clinical impact, giving clinicians hours back each day to focus on what matters most - their patients.Position OverviewWe are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive execution excellence across our engineering organization. This role partners closely with the Director of Engineering and technical leads to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across Frontend, Backend, Integrations, Platform, and Applied ML teams.The Engineering Program Manager will play a central role in scaling our engineering operations as we expand across enterprise health systems and federal deployments. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong operational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes across engineering teamsMaintain visibility into engineering capacity, resource allocation, and workload balancingTrack project milestones and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreamsIdentify cross-team dependencies and proactively manage risksCoordinate release planning and readiness activitiesPartner with Product to ensure engineering has clear, actionable requirementsPrepare delivery status updates and executive-ready reportingImprove engineering workflows, documentation, and operational processesSupport scaling initiatives as the engineering organization growsRequired Qualifications4–8+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or similar rolesExperience managing complex software delivery across multiple engineering teamsStrong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD workflows, and modern software development practicesExcellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-growing environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaSExperience supporting regulated or federal deploymentsTechnical background in software engineering or systemsExperience working closely with ML-enabled systemsTechnical EnvironmentClickUp / GitHub / project tracking toolsAWS-based backend systemsML-enabled application platformsCI/CD pipelines and release management processesCross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and ComplianceCompensation & BenefitsMeaningful equity compensationUnlimited PTOPremium health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) plan
