We raise our own feed and repair the equipment it takes to put it up. The higher end of the pay scale would include someone who is a true \"right hand man\". Prospective Bonus' could come in the form of farm / pasture land / cattle to manage on their own.\nA day in the life at Schott Ranch would be a morning meeting in the shop office to compare 'to do lists'! Our expectations would be carrying of a notebook and constantly making observations and communicate repairs / fencing / Pastures / logging repairs in database / cattle to be doctored / Then a reprioritization of the lists based on mother nature / urgency / time / cost etc...!\nWhile we do have a probation period ...This is a LONG term obligation.
