Please visit our website at www.sleepright.com\nPRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION\nPerform the tasks required for the safe and efficient operation of the Injection Mold Machines\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nReview daily work orders and identify priorities and required resources to complete each project\nPerform pre-operation inspection to ensure all parts of the injection mold machine are free from debris and obstruction and the equipment is properly calibrated\nLoad all raw materials into the machine and reload as necessary\nStart the injection mold machine and ensure the cooling system is working\nObserve all machine functions to ensure normal operation\nInspect the first run to ensure quality standards are met\nConserve resources by using equipment and supplies only as specified and needed without waste\nClear jammed parts, injectors, barrels as needed\nClean and lube the machine and molds per the operations manual\nIdentify and correct malfunctions as needed. Notify maintenance for problems that require greater expertise to resolve\nAssist others within the facility as needed\nPreform other duties as assigned by management\nRequirements:\nEDUCATION\nPREFERRED:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nREQUIRED:\nBasic computer skills\nKnowledge of ISO standards\nPREFERRED:\n2 years of injection molding experience\n**We are NOT interested in working with recruiters or employment agencies at this time.
