Whether you're beginning your manufacturing career or looking to grow your technical skills, you'll work alongside experienced professionals in a modern, high-tech environment.\nPosition Details\nJob Title: Assembler (Electronics Assembler)\nLocation: Buffalo, NY 14221\nEmployment Type: Full-Time Consultant\nPay Rate Up to: $21.50 per Hour\nShift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM 9X80\nWhat You'll Do\nAs an Electronics Assembler, you'll play a key role in producing advanced aerospace and defense technologies by:\nAssembling electronic components using drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and job aids.\nPerforming a variety of assembly processes, including:\nFine-pitch soldering of circuit card assemblies\nBGA rework and repair\nManual and automated microelectronics assembly\nElectromechanical assembly\nSemi-rigid wire and cable harness fabrication and installation\nTransformer winding and encapsulation\nFollowing all company and industry workmanship standards.\nConducting continuity checks on in-process and completed assemblies.\nOperating production equipment such as soldering stations, microscopes, crimp tools, and ovens.\nInspecting completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with build documentation.\nIdentifying, documenting, and helping resolve nonconformances through repair and rework activities.\nAccurately recording production and quality data in manufacturing systems and documentation.\nCollaborating with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to improve processes and product quality.\nFollowing all ESD, FOD, safety, and cleanliness requirements.\nSuccessfully completing in-house workmanship training programs.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n0-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or electronics experience.\nWillingness and ability to learn new skills and processes.\nAbility to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
