Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Fractional Head of Growth at Marathon Engine. The role will focus on designing and executing effective growth marketing strategies, optimizing new customer acquisition efforts, and leveraging a performance-driven approach to achieve measurable results. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales and business development initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform decisions, and collaborating across multiple marketing functions such as creative strategy, customer retention, and analytics. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional efforts to develop a cohesive and scalable growth strategy. Qualifications Proven expertise in Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth HackingExperience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on achieving measurable outcomesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills to design effective growth initiativesAbility to manage cross-functional marketing efforts, including creative strategy, retention, and analyticsExceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilitiesExperience within the consumer brands space or a related industry is a plusFamiliarity with marketing analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making
