At HSC, you belong to a team that is transforming our world.\nHigh level summary of job\nThe role of the IT/OT Shift Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance of IT operational services after business hours and are the single point of contact for all IT related issues. This includes but not limited to core IT/OT operational tasks (service desk, workstation, printer, VOIP and HSC mobile devices, A/V support and repair, Digital Signage support and repair), and application installation and configuration. Focus of this role is Incident management resolution and daily maintenance tasks.
