Some approval levels are within Pricing Specialist authority level; others require management review.Support Omron sales personnel and other stakeholders in matters related to pricing generallyPerform sales data and integrity analysis using such tools as Salesforce, JDE, Excel, and Power BI.Conform to Special Pricing Approval Policies – focus on accuracy and timeliness.Provide analysis and operational support for complex national pricing agreements (NPAs).Provide a commitment to excellent internal & external customer service.Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.Represents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, customers, distributors, and colleagues.Provide training to external or internal customers, as neededRecommend policy or process improvements that support excellent customer service and impact quality and performance standards.Data entry in various platforms.Maintain performance and quality standards based on established department metrics including turn-around times.Work on or lead special projects as assigned REQUIREMENTS:Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting sales, distributor and accounting functions.Direct customer interaction preferred (B2B preferred)Technical Abilities: Advanced knowledge of and experience with Office (Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced filtering) required. Experience with JD Edwards, Salesforce and Power BI preferred. Working knowledge of case management platforms preferred (ie. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program.
