Together, we can help shape the endless possibilities of AI.\nLocation:\nHybrid, working onsite at our Santa Clara, Ca headquarters 3-5 days per week.\nCustomer Program Manager\nIn this role, you will enable flawless execution of our AI hardware and software products from ideation to launch. As a ‘Technical’ PM, you will be adept at identifying dependencies and technical risks that affect the program. As a ‘Program Manager’ you will be developing execution plans, creating milestones, and tracking progress.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDevelop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.\nDefine and track key performance indicators and quality metrics.\nArticulate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues, organizational-wide challenges and bottlenecks that may affect product delivery or quality.\nBe a trusted partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions and drive sound decisions.\nPartner with Product Management and Engineering to define needs to support strategic planning and execution as well as program requirements, resourcing and scope.\nDevelop processes and frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision making, and business impact.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field least 15+ years of industry experience in software / systems engineering, or product technical product/program management, preferably in the AI hardware/software domain OR MS degree preferred in engineering, computer science, or related field least 10+ years of industry experience in software / systems engineering, or product technical product/program management, preferably in the AI hardware/software domain\nStrong knowledge of AI hardware technologies, architectures, and applications\nExcellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills\nExperience in customer facing roles\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree or PhD in engineering, computer science, or related field\nCertification in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban\nExperience in leading complex and large-scale hardware/software projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies\nAbility to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external partners\nExperience with cross-functional collaboration including product management and engineering to drive product impact.\nEqual Opportunity Employment Policy\nd-Matrix is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and affirmative action employer.
