We’re looking for a motivated Digital Print Operator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where we’ll provide training, so it’s a great fit for someone excited to learn new skills, work with cutting‑edge equipment, and grow in a production environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nLearn to operate and maintain high-volume digital printers for corrugated cardboard\n\nHelp manage daily print jobs and keep production running smoothly\n\nInspect printed materials to ensure quality and accuracy\n\nAssist with basic maintenance, cleaning, and machine setup\n\nSupport finishing tasks such as bundling and shrink-wrapping\n\nKeep track of materials and job progress\n\nWork closely with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver great results\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nInterest in learning digital printing and production processes (no prior experience required!)\n\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to follow step‑by‑step processes\n\nProblem‑solving mindset and curiosity to learn new skills\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet for most of the shift\n\nComfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment\n\nNice to Have (But Not Required)\n\nExperience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment\n\nFamiliarity with computers or mechanical equipment\n\nForklift certification or material handling experience.\n\nExtras\n\nFlexible PTO\n\nMarket leading medical, vision and dental insurance\n\n401K matching up to 4%\n\nPersonal development & wellness reimbursement/stipend\n\nWeekly pizza stipend (Yes, that’s a thing!)\n\nSalary Range: $50K + benefits.\n\nThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
