This is a unique opportunity to join a startup operation with deep international roots, collaborating with global HR leaders to drive both local execution and worldwide HR initiatives.\n\nSome of your main duties & responsibilities:\n\nServe as a trusted business partner to managers by providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.\nAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollment, vendor coordination, employee communications, and issue resolution.\nOversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and coordination with payroll providers.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices consistent with corporate standards and U.S. legal requirements.\nManage employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation while minimizing organizational risk.\nTravel domestically and internationally, as needed, to support local HR operations, collaborate with global HR teams, and participate in company initiatives, meetings, and projects.\nEnsure compliance with all employment-related regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, COBRA, HIPAA, EEO, OSHA, ACA, and state-specific labor laws.\nCoordinate internal and external audits, including payroll, benefits, immigration, I-9, workers' compensation, and regulatory compliance audits.\nLead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning.\nPartner with corporate HR to implement global initiatives, policies, compensation programs, talent management, and organizational development strategies.\nCoordinate performance management processes, merit planning, compensation administration, and annual bonus programs.\nIdentify training and development needs and facilitate learning initiatives that align employee capabilities with corporate and operational objectives.\nSupport leadership development by coaching managers on employee engagement, performance, change management, and leadership effectiveness.\nMonitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to turnover, headcount, absenteeism, recruiting, compensation, and workforce trends to support business decisions.\nManage leave administration, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, accommodations, and return-to-work programs.\nPromote employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture that supports Oleon's values and strategic priorities.\nMaintain HRIS data integrity and oversee HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records, reporting, and compliance.\n\nYou'll succeed if:\n\nYou have\n\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.\nMinimum of 3 years supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other operational environments.\nStrong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, OSHA, COBRA, ACA, EEO, and wage and hour regulations.\nMaster’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.\nSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.\nExperience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations.\nExperience working within a global or matrixed organization.\n\nNext to your skills, it is your drive and motivation that will make all the difference!\n\nYour benefits:\n\nYou will join a company with ambitious goals and a welcoming atmosphere.
