Promera is ISO 9001:2015 certified, demonstrating our commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.\nThe Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing crews of up to 15 members at job sites; serves as a liaison between operations, sales representatives and customer personnel at job sites and assures safe, Promera approved methods are utilized in the performance of all work.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nPhysically vacuums, cleans and chemically treats physical surfaces within a technical or construction work environment.\nSupervises crews of technicians within a technical or construction work environment.\nResponsible for timely and safe transportation of crew, materials and equipment to and from job sites.\nPerform as liaison between operations personnel, sales representative and customer personnel at job sites.\nControls and resolves job related problems as they occur.\nDirects, leads, motivates and disciplines technicians as required and in accordance with Promera policies.\nAssists in the performance review process for technicians and senior technicians.\nCompletes all required paperwork in a timely manner.\nInsures all materials and equipment are utilized properly, safely and are accounted for.\nAssists technicians in the efficient completion of work assignments.\nTrains technicians as required.\nAssists Branch Operations Managers as required.\nPerform other duties as required.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to speak, read and write English at grade 5 level.\nMinimum 6 month’s operations experience.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nBenefits\nCompetitive Pay, based on experience and location.\nPaid on-the-job training, and continued learning, including certifications\nPaid Time Off\nMedical, Dental, Vision plans\nLife, Disability and other Voluntary coverage\n401k + matching\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPromotion opportunities\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workplace.
