As the Associate Analyst, Operations, you will load both carrier accounts payable and customer accounts receivable contracted rates, including linehaul, fuel and accessorial charges, into various Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Become a part of GXO, and you’ll have an important role in helping us provide exceptional daily solutions for our customers.\n\nPay, benefits and more.\nWe are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.\n\nWhat you’ll do on a typical day:\n\nResolve disputes and short pays, and monitor accounts receivable\n\nSet up vendors in COUPA, create blanket purchase orders and pay bills\n\nMonitor contractor paperwork and short pay issues\n\nMonitor and approve contractor tire program rebills, loans and contractor rebill\n\nHandle chassis fleet of 625 units, tracking and M&R\n\nHandle building maintenance/repairs and paying vendors for repairs\n\nAssist Terminal Director on all aspects of finance and daily issues that may occur\n\nWhat you need to succeed at GXO:\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent education\n\nSolid interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally\n\nIt’d be great if you also have:\n\nA Bachelor’s degree in a related field\n\n2 years of experience in logistics or related field\n\nA high level of attention to detail\n\nWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.\nGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
