You'll work closely with customers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage multiple commercial electronic security projects simultaneously from award through closeout.\nDevelop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation strategies.\nCoordinate internal teams, field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.\nMaintain ownership of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, labor utilization, and profitability.\nTrack project milestones and proactively identify and resolve schedule, material, or labor challenges.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project kickoff meetings and provide regular updates to customers and internal leadership.\nReview project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.\nCoordinate procurement of equipment and ensure materials are available when needed.\nManage project documentation, reporting, closeout packages, and customer acceptance.\nEnsure all work complies with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable codes.\nSupport continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nRequirements:\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n5+ years of project management experience within the electronic security, low-voltage, structured cabling, or systems integration industry.\nExperience managing commercial projects involving:\nAccess Control\nVideo Surveillance (CCTV)\nIntrusion Detection\nIntegrated Security Systems\nProven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, labor, and customer expectations.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nExperience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.\nPreferred\nExperience with enterprise security platforms such as:\nLenelS2\nGenetec\nSoftware House C•CURE\nAvigilon\nMilestone\nPMP certification or equivalent project management training.\nExperience working with enterprise customers.\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or construction
