Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.\nWhat you'll do\nBe a critical part of the technical and product roadmap\nContribute to our backend and blockchain infrastructure\nInteract with smart contracts across multiple chains\nDrive the development on new smart contracts and support new chains\nScale our on-chain infrastructure to millions of end users globally\nRapidly ship new capabilities to our customers\nHelp drive the architectural decisions of a rapidly evolving product\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience with NodeJs and other backend technologies\nExperience with interacting with smart contracts and blockchains\nThis position is for folks with 2-10+ years experience, compensation will be based on experience\nNice to haves, but not mandatory\nFintech experience (neobank or card issuing experience gets extra brownie points)\nThings that enable a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience at Rain:\nUnlimited time off Unlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take 10 days minimum for themselves.\nFlexible working We support a flexible workplace, if you feel comfortable at home please work from home.
