This role helps teams move faster and more safely by enabling them to validate changes earlier in the development lifecycle. The engineer will work across the full development lifecycle to deliver scalable, reliable, and self-service solutions that reduce friction in build, test, and deployment processes. The role is centered around modern web technologies, CI/CD automation (including GitHub Actions), and close collaboration with other teams to drive adoption and improve developer tooling across the organization.Required Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering or equivalent hands-on experience building and delivering complex software solutions5+ years of experience building software using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web toolingExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer workflows, including GitHub ActionsExperience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container-based workflowsPreferred Qualifications Experience with developer platforms, preview environments, or internal toolingFamiliarity with observability and performance toolingExperience working in large-scale engineering environments supporting many teamsAbility to independently deliver complex solutionsStrong collaboration skills and experience working across teamsPassion for improving developer productivity and experienceEducation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $92,700.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
