As an Employee Development Specialist within PST MW Delivery, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities to assist our Production Operations and Quality Business Partners.\nBase pay range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr\nDuration: 12+ months contract\nLocations: Berkeley, MO / Everett, WA / North Charleston, SC / other locations\nResponsibilities Perform as an instructor/facilitator/technical performance coach independently in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of expertise including but not limited to Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Mechanical, Aircraft Modifications, Aircraft Inspection, Aircraft Drawings, Aircraft Process Specifications, Military Technical Data, and/or Electronic Work Instructions\nConduct learning using a variety of delivery methods, techniques and platforms\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide learning consultation services\nProvide extensive professional & technical assistance in both formal classroom and on-the-job learning\nRender professional assistance to resolve difficult or unusual problems\nFacilitate work teams, providing necessary training, and leading problem resolution and process improvement\nExpand and enhance expertise in various areas to ensure flexibility across the collective Statement of Work (SOW)\nInterpret regulations and standards, ensure delivery of learning align with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specifications\nEmphasize safety precautions to be taken as applicable\nAssist Functional Development by serving as a SME, as needed\nEdit existing solutions or create temporary solutions to meet a unique and/or urgent business need, as needed\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 5+ years of experience performing aircraft structures production, maintenance, and/or training on military aircraft\nExperience performing aircraft structural and mechanical work\nExperience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment\nExperience reading and interpreting Technical Data\nPreferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) Experience in Fighter Jet Structures procedures i.e. precision drilling, fastener installation/removal, bonding and grounding, torquing, safetying devices, etc.\nExperience transferring knowledge through formal or informal modes of training\nThis position supports 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
