It consists of retail tenants, sports amenities, parks, and public and common shared space located in Tysons, Virginia. This position requires collaboration with the operators of a performing arts center, a hotel, and the office tower facilities teams.This leadership role requires you to effectively manage large teams, coupled with strategic thinking and a comprehensive understanding of the big picture. You will be responsible for implementing and recommending improvements to clients. The Group Manager is responsible for ensuring client and tenant satisfaction.The position demands strong leadership capabilities as you'll mentor managers, cultivate key client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across all service delivery areas.
