This role is ideal for an engineer with strong SQL and application troubleshooting experience, who can independently support production applications, analyze data issues, and partner with global teams to ensure system reliability in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.\nThis person must embrace a team-first approach by sharing responsibilities, coordinating efforts, and stepping in where needed to maintain momentum. Ensures timely completion of work through strong communication, mutual accountability, and a commitment to shared goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide Tier 2 / Tier 3 application support for critical manufacturing and enterprise applications, including incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis\nUse SQL to analyze application data, investigate issues, validate fixes, and support reporting or data corrections as needed\nServe as a technical escalation point for complex application and data-related issues, coordinating with global support teams and developers\nResponsible for the full lifecycle management of global applications supporting pharma production operations, including rollout, configuration, validation, patching, and version upgrades. Coordinates feedback from site users and operational stakeholders, translating needs into actionable requirements for developers to drive future product development.\nPartner with business users, IT, and engineering teams to identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and enhance application performance and stability\nCreate and maintain support documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles\nEnsure compliance with GxP, data integrity, change management, and cybersecurity requirements\nDevelops, documents, and executes comprehensive test cases for global applications used across pharmaceutical operations, ensuring compliance with validation standards and regulatory requirements.
