Job title:Senior Analyst, PSS Reporting and AnalyticsLocation: Cambridge, MAAbout The JobThe Senior Analyst, PSS Reporting and Analytics is committed to operational excellence with reporting and analytics aligned to US Patient Support Services (PSS) and its objectives. S/he will be responsible for reporting and analytics execution leading to insight generation, as well as supporting daily operations across all therapeutic areas. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve peoples lives.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead the development and governance of data dashboards and reporting platforms.Ensure consistency and accuracy across product dashboards.Implement best practices for dashboard design and data visualization.Evaluate non-platform reporting requests and assist in the efficient assignment anddevelopment of ad hoc reporting.Conduct regular reviews of dashboards across the portfolio to ensure needs are being appropriately met.Collaborate with digital to ensure data availability for reporting.Analyze and interpret data, summarize results, and clearly communicate insights, implications, and recommendations regarding PSS performance.Identify business problems and areas of opportunities and translate business needs into quantitative analyses that enable business to uncover patterns and insights.Communicate with cross functional stakeholders to understand data content and business reporting needs.Perform exploratory data analysis of PSS data sources to gain a deeper understanding of how that data will advise business decisions.Key role in producing recurring reports to stakeholders and in supporting various reporting activities across SPC and Gen meds.Day-to-day support for ad hoc reporting and analytics requestsSupport for data quality; identifying issues and implementing corrections regularly.Data stewarding across platformsDiscrepancy management for mastered data recordsDevelop and maintain dashboard communication and training materials.About YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree required4+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma industry or relevant reporting and analytics experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering)Ability to synthesize data across various data sources.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBIKnowledge of relational databases and writing SQL queriesUnderstanding of master data management, data warehousing, and data governanceExperience with centralized patient services capability portfolio reporting.Strong project management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWhy Choose Us?
