This is not a role for someone looking to maintain an existing operation—it is a hands-on opportunity to create one. Reporting directly to the Owner, this leader will design and implement the processes, systems, and workflows that will allow the company to scale efficiently over the coming years.\nThis individual will oversee everything from job pricing and operational workflows to scheduling, accounting processes, CRM implementation, and field operations. They will lead the rollout and optimization of ServiceTitan (and other business systems), establish best practices for service and installation operations, and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned HVAC operations professional who has successfully built out functions before, understands the common pitfalls of growth, and knows how to build processes that create a smooth-running, high-performing organization.
