A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Coordinator to support a defined group of patients by coordinating behavioral health services. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring compliance of medication prescribed by the physician or psychiatric provider Facilitate partnerships between patients, personal providers, and family when appropriate Provide psychoeducation, coping skills, and therapeutic worksheets through a structured care planRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field Proven experience in a behavioral health setting Must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Knowledge of health and patient care regulations Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
