Business Development Intern
Help put Inku on the map — internationally. Support the founding team in expanding Inku's reach through market analysis, outbound campaigns, and creative growth initiatives. From crafting social media strategies to collecting powerful customer stories, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how the world discovers AI-powered brand content. Work directly with co-founders on go-to-market strategy, international expansion, and everything it takes to grow an early-stage AI company.

Why This Role Exists
Brands everywhere are waking up to the power of AI-driven content — but most don't know where to start. Inku builds custom Brand Engines that give companies creative autonomy at scale, and the opportunity to bring this to new markets is massive.
We need someone who can help us go beyond Belgium. Someone who can research international markets, launch outbound campaigns, amplify customer success stories, and think creatively about how to accelerate Inku's growth.
As Business Development Intern, you'll work side by side with the founding team to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy that puts Inku in front of the right brands — everywhere.
Your Mission
You're not just supporting business development — you're helping build the engine behind Inku's growth. You'll dive into international markets, craft outreach campaigns, collect stories from real customers, and constantly experiment with new ways to get Inku noticed.
You will
Work closely with the founding team on strategy and execution
Support international expansion by analyzing new markets and setting up initiatives to put Inku on the map globally
Help set up communication campaigns across social media and email outbound
Collect customer testimonials and use-cases to share with the world
Think creatively about how to spur Inku's growth — no idea is too bold
Become an Inku expert — understand our AI Brand Engines well enough to explain the value to anyone
You're not following a playbook — you're helping write it.
About You
Interest in business development, partnerships, or sales (internship or project experience is fine)
Comfortable with outreach — you're not afraid to reach out cold or start conversations
Systems thinker: You see patterns and ask "how do we scale this?"
Self-starter mentality: You take ownership and don't wait for instructions
Fast learner in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
Based in Belgium or willing to work hybrid in Leuven area
You are able to work as a "student-zelfstandige." If you don't have the statute yet, we're open to helping you obtain it
You are available to work 2–3 days per week
Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles
Experience in creative industries, marketing, or SaaS
Curious about AI and the future of content creation
Previous startup or early-stage experience
This Role Is Not for Everyone

You'll have real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with founders. You'll experiment, fail fast, and iterate. You'll help shape the go-to-market approach that could define Inku's growth trajectory.
