The role requires a NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture and either active registration as a Registered Architect or an equivalent combination of education and no fewer than ten years of architectural, design, and/or construction experience, including proficiency with CADD systems, project management principles, specification writing, and cost estimation tools such as AutoCAD, SpecsIntact, RSMeans, or E4Clicks. Candidates must also demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and experience with federal, military, or civic buildings is preferred. Additional valuable experience includes work involving code research and interpretation, ADA/ABA compliance, higher education facilities, secure facilities such as SCIFs, and major telecommunications system upgrades.\r\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nProvides project-site support\r\nCoordinates with stakeholders\r\nResponsible for data security\r\nArchitectural design\r\nDraft and prepare plans\r\nHas the ability to work remotely with required in-office days\r\nMust adhere to all customer organization policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality\r\nProtect all proprietary information from unauthorized access\r\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\r\nDegreed in Architecture through a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) program and either licensed as a Registered Architect (R.A.), by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico, or provide an adequate combination of Education and Experience of the following:\r\nHolds a degree in Architecture or related field and must have minimum 10 years' experience in the architecture, design, and/or construction field.
