As an Insider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our establishment, providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities - Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently - Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Upsell products to enhance customer experience - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service - Maintain a neat and organized workspace Skills - Proficient in food safety practices - Basic culinary knowledge is a plus - Strong math skills for handling transactions - Experience in food handling procedures - Excellent time management abilities - Upselling skills to promote additional products - Exceptional customer service skills - Basic math proficiency for order accuracy - Previous experience in a grocery store or quick-service fast-food restaurant Potentially looking for a Shift Supervisor with the right skill set.
