Speech-Language Pathologist

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, therapeutic school serving individuals aged 5-22 and adults with intellectual disabilities.Responsibilities include consulting on IEPs, guiding programming in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing, and managing a small caseload. The role involves developing speech, language, and literacy goals, supervising staff, and fostering collaborative relationships.Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont Speech Pathologist license. Experience with students with significant challenges is required.
