In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects within our Cybersecurity and IT Operations landscape. Track project progress, manage variances, and\nimplement corrective actions. Formalize project acceptance, document\nlessons learned, and transition deliverables.\n\nRequirements Management: Collaborate with Security Architects and IT Operations Managers to document current and future requirements for security\nenhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementations.\n\nSecurity & Infrastructure Implementation: Participate in or lead security framework implementations (e.g., Zero Trust, identity and access management), IT\ninfrastructure transformations, and compliance initiatives, supporting change management initiatives effectively.\n\nBudget & Resource Management: Support program and project budget management, track expenditures, and assist in optimizing resource allocation to\nensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including management and\ntechnical teams.\n\nReporting & Presentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders, articulating project progress,\nrisks, and mitigation strategies.\n\nProject Tracking & Metrics: Establish and maintain project tracking mechanisms, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.\n\nChange Management: Support change management principles and best practices, relating directly with Neptune Change Management agents, addressing potential resistance and facilitating smooth transitions during security policy implementations and infrastructure changes.\n\nProcess Improvement & Documentation: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT operations processes and security workflows, with a preference for\nexperience in ITIL or IT service management documentation.\n\nJira Proficiency: Utilize Jira for managing project backlogs, tracking tasks, and supporting Agile development methodologies as needed.\n\nProactive Problem Solving: Demonstrate initiative, self-starter mentality, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in program and project\nmanagement, with exposure to cybersecurity and IT operations.\n\nExperience managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated\nenvironment.\n\nExperience with security framework implementations and IT infrastructure projects.\nStrong communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrated leadership, team collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities.\nExperience with Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles, IT operations, and IT service\nmanagement frameworks (e.g., ITIL).\n\nFamiliarity with change management principles and their application in security and\ninfrastructure transitions.\n\nAbility to develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage budgets\neffectively.\nPreferred: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Cybersecurity, Project\nManagement).\nPreferred: Professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM\n#HP1\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
