Review, design, and optimization of enterprise-systems, during both pre-sales and/or post-sales cycles.\n\nThe opportunity:\nExpectation from this role involve leading the technical development of large projects, including development and documentation of architecture strategies and standards, using industry-standard integrated architecture models.\nUses independent judgment to design, analyse, document and develop technical architecture and solutions for large enterprise level applications and systems.\nImplement solution architecture by building components and custom designs and maintaining technical integrity.\nIdentify, analyze, recommend, and implement improvements in system architectures.\n\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\nCandidate should have 12-18 years of overall experience and 3+ years as a Solution/ Application Architect with the ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions.\nExpertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, API Gateway and Microservices.\nKnowledge and experience with Angular/ React, mobile technology or similar UI technologies is preferred.\nKnowledge and experience with Docker (Containerization), Kubernetes is preferred.\nExpertise with Cloud native architecture, enterprise integration, security adhering to functional & non-functional requirements.\nExpertise with Portfolio rationalization, application assessment and legacy modernization.\nGood understanding of database concepts including SQL and No-SQL, caching, performance optimization, analytics & reporting.\nExperience in cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP (AWS and AWS services are preferred).\nExperience and Knowledge leveraging Well Architected framework is preferred.\nExperience closely working with Client architect/ business team.\nExperience with estimation, team management/ mentoring from technical perspective, code review, recommendations, building enablers/ accelerators.\nKnowledge in DevOps tools: Jenkins/Jira, Test NG, Junit, Maven etc.,\nFoundational knowledge in Gen AI, experience using code-assistants like Co-pilot, Amazon Q is preferred.\nExcellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Remote\nCompensation Range: $124,000-$186,000\n\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
