Media Associate

Cannella Media DTC LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our media operations team as a Media Associate. If you enjoy working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting smooth media operations, this role is for you.The Media Associate processes all station pre/post logs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while building knowledge of Cannella Media’s operations and collaborating across departments to achieve business goals.What You’ll Do:Process station pre/post logs and related email attachments accurately and promptlyVerify data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and escalate issues to leadership as neededDevelop expertise in CORE (Short Form media system) and PremiumMedia360 (Log Importing Tool)Collaborate with supervisors and station partners to improve processes and implement automationMonitor high-priority requests and maintain clear communication with the media teamWhat We’re Looking For:This position requires continuous, sustained focus on high-volume, highly repetitive data work performed throughout the day. The role involves constant data review, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and making adjustments as needed.3 years of directly related experience is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data entry, verification, reporting; Outlook for managing emails)Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProactive, collaborative team player able to work independently
