Groundskeeper Needed for Trinity/NPR Community

Groundskeeper needed for apartment community. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch. Grounds/porter responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1.) Cleaning buildings and common areas 2.) Painting, carpentry and landscaping. 3.) Light maintenance and irrigation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1.) Attention to detail. 2.)
