Oracle Retail Program ManagerLocationFramingham, MAMust Have Technical/Functional Skills• Experience in delivering multiple Oracle Retail transformation programs• Define and drive the overall transformation strategy aligned with business goals.• Collaborate with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to ensure program objectives are met.• Identify program risks and issues proactively.• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making structure.• High level understanding of Oracle Retail product suite and its fitment to business processes.• Should have experience working in Agile project delivery in ERP Implementation.Roles & Responsibilities• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones• Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.• Escalate critical issues appropriately and ensure resolution• Guide solution architects and functional leads on best practices and product capabilities.• Ensure Oracle Retail modules are configured and customized to meet business needs• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
