Litigation / Corporate ParalegalLocation: Atlanta, GAPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Litigation / Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys across both litigation and transactional matters. This role will assist with all phases of litigation while also supporting corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigationSupport attorneys through all phases of litigation, from pre-filing through trial and post-trial Draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas Coordinate discovery, including document review and eDiscovery platformsAssist with depositions, trial preparation, and exhibit management Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files CorporateDraft and file entity formation and governance documents Support corporate transactions, including closings and due diligence Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and compliance filings Assist with drafting contracts and business documents GeneralManage case files, deadlines, and filings across jurisdictions Communicate with clients, courts, and third partiesUtilize legal research and document management systemsTrack billable time and support attorneys with administrative tasks QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification preferred 6–7+ years of litigation and corporate paralegal experienceReal Estate knowledge a plusStrong knowledge of state and federal court procedures Experience with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, DISCO)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) Key SkillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality
