This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to accelerate learning through experimentation and prototyping, leveraging instructional design expertise and technical curiosity to solve complex challenges.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nCreatively solves design and delivery challenges to maximize learner impact with minimal effort.\r\nRapidly prototypes and iterates using modern tools and methods to test ideas, learn what works, and scale effective solutions.\r\nApplies instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure solutions are effective, accessible, and aligned to business needs.\r\nExperiments with AI tools, web-based platforms, and automation to improve workflow efficiency and expand design possibilities.\r\nCollaborates with subject matter experts, learning peers, and project teams to translate ideas into clear, actionable learning products.\r\nBuilds reusable frameworks and design assets that improve speed and consistency across projects.\r\nManages multiple projects with a self-directed approach, adapting quickly to changes in scope, timelines, or direction.\r\nShares knowledge of new tools, trends, and techniques with the team to foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.\r\nCoaching Responsibilities\r\nContributes to team development by sharing best practices, experimenting openly, and supporting peers in learning new tools and methods. Offers feedback on design approaches and prototypes, and may provide informal coaching on emerging technologies, instructional design techniques, or workflow improvements.\r\nQualifications\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Adult Learning, Human Performance, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, UX Design, Digital Media, or a related field required.\r\nExperience: Seven (7) years of prior work experience.\r\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements\r\nNone required.\r\nOther Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required\r\nStrong, diverse portfolio of innovative projects built using a variety of tools and techniques.\r\nRapidly learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to meet evolving business needs.\r\nExperience working with authoring tools in Articulate, NovoEd, and Axonify.\r\nExperience working with AI tools, web development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript), or no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Glide, Zapier) to enhance learning design and delivery.\r\nComfortable experimenting with new approaches and tools to find effective solutions, and willing to try new ideas to see what works.\r\nFocused on maximizing impact with minimal effort to balance creativity with practical constraints to deliver both innovative and compliance-driven solutions as required.\r\nTackle ambiguous or shifting priorities with a \"put me in coach\" attitude, taking ownership of projects and delivering results.\r\nCollaborative, nimble, and able to contribute to a scrappy, intentional team culture that values experimentation and learning from every project.\r\nOffice\r\nThis job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.\r\nThe expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $91,350 - $134,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
