This position is 100% Remote.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nThe Program Control Analyst II examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.\nThey draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain comprehensive records of financial expenditures.\nThey prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and facilitate the coordination of funding requests between internal departments and the PMO.\nThe Program Control Analyst II supports the execution of program control functions by tracking budget milestones and ensuring the accuracy of financial data entry.\nThey execute the collection of cost data for quarterly reviews and verify that all expenditures are documented according to established standards.\nThey maintain collaborative financial tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of mission-critical funding status.\nThe Program Control Analyst II takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field\n3+ years of position relevant experience\nFoundational certifications in program control or budgeting.\nDesired Qualifications:\nProficiency in specialized financial or budgeting software (e.g., GFEBS or DEAMS)\nExperience with military logistics financial reporting requirements.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Confidential level clearance prior to starting this position\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
