We move fast, hold ourselves accountable, and believe strong systems create scalable growth.National Account Manager:The National Account Manager (NAM) owns and expands strategic customer relationships at iVueit.This role is responsible for:Retaining and growing national and regional accountsDriving expansion across geographies, use cases, and service linesLeading executive-level conversations around operational visibility and performancePartnering closely with Operations to ensure seamless executionThis is not a passive account management role.This is a strategic commercial ownership role.You will take accounts post-close from Business Development and own the full relationship lifecycle, including expansion pipeline, forecasting, and long-term account strategy.Compensation: Base: $80,000 to $100,000 (OTE: $95,000 to $125,000)Things to know:This position is located in Columbus, Ohio and requires you to be based close to our office. This would be a mixture of work from home and in office presence.As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Commercial OwnershipOwn the full commercial relationship after EAM handoffDevelop and execute account plans for each assigned clientIdentify expansion opportunities across geographies, product lines, and use casesRun structured discovery conversations using SPICED methodologyExpansion StrategyConvert operational signals into commercial growth opportunitiesNavigate pilot programs, underwriting trials, and phased rolloutsBuild expansion pipeline and forecast with disciplineLead renewal conversations and pricing discussionsExecutive EngagementBuild multi-threaded relationships within carriers, TPAs, and MGAsEngage underwriting leaders, claims executives, risk managers, and procurementPresent business reviews, performance reporting, and ROI impactCross-Functional AlignmentPartner closely with National Operations Managers to ensure execution readinessSurface product feedback to Engineering and LeadershipProtect revenue and account health while driving growthData & ReportingOwn account forecasting in CRMMaintain expansion documentation and SPICED confirmationDeliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with insight and clarityYou might be a good fit as a National Account Manager if:You have 5+ years managing strategic accounts or national accounts in a B2B environmentYou have experience managing national or multi-state accountsYou are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environmentsYou are highly organized and disciplined in forecasting and CRM usageYou can communicate operational and financial value clearly to executive buyersYou are commercially driven and motivated by expansion targetsYour phone and writing skills are exceptional.You will excel here if:You think like an owner, not a repYou proactively identify growth opportunities instead of waiting for inbound requestsYou are structured in your thinking and executionYou can challenge customers respectfully when neededYou operate comfortably in ambiguity while maintaining disciplineWhat makes this role unique:Direct exposure to national portfolio of clientsHigh visibility with executive stakeholdersClear expansion-driven compensation structureDefined pod structure with operational supportOpportunity to influence vertical strategyWhat we will provide you:A great compensation plan, this is a salary plus commission position.A positive and supportive work environment enabling you to develop your skills, collaborate with other professionals, and invest in others.
