Associate Manager, Technology Finance

Associate Manager, Technology FinancePosition: Permanent full-time, part of Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis in the Office of the CIO. The role focuses on complex ad hoc analysis, development of reporting concepts, and coordination of initiatives impacting multiple finance areas within Canada Technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead/coordinate monthly reporting informing senior Technology leaders on financial and other relevant business measures and trends.Prepare presentations and supporting analysis for monthly results meetings.Coordinate and/or lead the annual planning process for Digital Technology and represent the organization to secure financial alignment through the corporate process.Develop and maintain accurate budget and forecast models.Support and/or drive key business decisions with understandable analysis or models by leveraging other finance teams for a holistic view.Provide financial expertise and mentoring to other finance teams to build cross-department knowledge and collaboration.Respond to numerous ad hoc requests.Required QualificationsPost-secondary degree in Business, Finance or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).3-5 years' experience as Senior Financial Analyst or a comparable role.Experience supporting technology finance strongly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills leveraging large data sets.Demonstrated ability to develop and present complex financial analysis to aid decision-making with diverse audiences.Exceptional technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of the organization, products, systems, and data is an asset.Ability to work with multiple priorities, tight deadlines and coordinate across teams.Willingness and eagerness to adapt to change and stay ahead to support business partners.Ability to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.CompensationBase salary $80,400–$130,400 annually.
