This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, understands complex assemblies, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. If you have experience working with mechanical systems and enjoy building high-quality equipment, this opportunity is for you.\r\nAs an Assembler, you will play a key role in building complete units and subassemblies by following detailed specifications, blueprints, and established procedures. This position is available for both 1st and 2nd shift schedules.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAssemble parts and components into complete units or subassemblies according to specifications and internal standards\r\nPrepare and set up materials and components for welding or brazing based on blueprints and shop practices\r\nFit, align, straighten, and inspect parts before and after welding or brazing processes\r\nLayout and assemble systems including motors, tanks, pumps, drives, heat exchangers, vaporizers, piping, valves, and gauges\r\nMeasure, cut, bend, and route tubing in accordance with technical drawings\r\nOperate a variety of tools including hand tools, grinders, drills, saws, tube bending and flaring equipment, and pipe threading tools\r\nEnsure accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the assembly process\r\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\r\nRegular use of gloves and required PPE\r\nHearing protection required in high-noise areas\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
