McCutchen McLean, LLC is a boutique law firm located in downtown Lexington, South Carolina.This Position:We are seeking a Real Estate Closing Paralegal with Experience to add to our existing team.Job Duties:You will support our attorneys with the following:· Phone calls· Maintaining and organizing client files· Coordinating required documents for real estate closings· Communicating with clients, mortgage companies, lenders, and real estate agentsRequired Skills:· Excellent communication and organization abilities· Ability to multi-task· Work well in a fast-paced environment· Strong work ethic· Able to uphold confidentiality at all times· Great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone· Professional demeanorBenefits:We offer paid health, dental, vision, long term disability, short term disability and life insurance for the employee.
