This position will lead and manage multiple DMSMS projects, including obsolescence issue resolution activities and process development/improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills to the role along with strong overall Program Management experience.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nLead the development and execution of resolution strategies for multiple concurrent obsolescence issues, considering technical and non-technical mitigation options, supply posture analysis, and customer/product impacts.\nCollaborate with Program Management Offices and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and drive results.\nShape and negotiate SOW, PWS, and CDRL requirements with program teams and customers for new and existing programs.\nPrepare and present executive-level briefs to communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations effectively.\nAct as the primary customer focal point for DMSMS-related activities, lead customer Obsolescence Working Groups, and develop/support PMR/TIM briefs on DMS issues.\nCoordinate last-time-buy forecasts and run-out analyses to support obsolescence planning.\nMonitor project performance to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.\nDrive continuous improvement in DMSMS processes and initiatives.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional growth.\nEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and obligations while maintaining confidentiality and security of proprietary information.\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nTypically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field as well as eleven or more years of progressively complex program administration experience.
