Job Description - Full Time I 8:30am-5:00pm- In-office position – Lebanon, PA (HQ) Preferably reside within 35 minutes driving distance- Multi-State Operation I Opportunity Growth to $85,000-100,000/annPosition OverviewHome Offer 365 is hiring a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Agent Relations Coordinator to support our multi-state real estate operations.This role focuses on building and managing relationships with real estate agents across multiple states, assisting with listing and selling properties, and supporting daily office operations.This is a coordination and operations-driven position requiring strong communication, follow-up, and organization skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with real estate agents in multiple statesSelect agents who actively work with investorsCommunicate with agents daily regarding listings and buyer activityAssist with marketing and selling company-owned propertiesCoordinate agreements and documentation on behalf of the companyMaintain CRM updates and property status reportsTrack agent performance and maintain ongoing follow-upOffice Management Duties:Manage office inventory and suppliesOrder office materials as neededStock snacks, beverages, and maintain common areasSupport day-to-day office organization and efficiencyQualificationsTech-savvy – able to adapt and learn new software quicklyPrevious real estate or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple states and marketsAbility to handle both operational and administrative responsibilitiesInvestor-focused real estate knowledge is a plusCompensationCompensation $62,000 – $72,000 (Base + Bonus for each property successfully sold)Performance-based growth opportunitiesGrowth Opportunity to earn $85,000-100,000/annScheduleMonday–Friday (standard business hours EST)Office-based depending on locationMust be available for team meetings and consistent agent communicationWe are extied to meet with you!Company Description About UsHome Offer 365 is a fast-growing real estate marketing and acquisitions company generating high-quality seller and listing leads for investors and agents across the U.S.We are also launching Simply List Now, a new company partnering with real estate agents nationwide by providing high-quality listing leads, systems, and ongoing support.We are already generating consistent deal flow and are now looking for the right operator to help us scale both companies to the next level.
