If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for machinery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nResponsibilities of the Overnight Machine Operator\n\nPerform assembly work of a highly repetitive nature.\n\nOperate production machines and equipment efficiently.\n\nFollow verbal and written directions to ensure product quality.\n\nUse fixed gauges and perform visual inspections to maintain standards.\n\nUtilize hand tools for simple and repetitive secondary operations.\n\nCount, pack, seal, label, and stack work products accurately.\n\nRecord scrap and production data in the ERP System.\n\nMaintain work area cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.\n\nRequirements of the Overnight Machine Operator\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.\n\nAptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.\n\nProficiency with hand tools and ability to stand for up to 8 hours.\n\nWillingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.\n\n0-1 years of minimum work experience.\n\nCompensation/Benefits for the Overnight Machine Operator\n\nPay Rate $18.53+ DOE\n\nAttendance Bonus available\n\nMasis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
