In addition, this requires little to no travel for most positions, works a 4-10 schedule, and provides competitive pay and incentive bonuses based on performance.JOB DESCRIPTION:Project Managers will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects within established budget and schedule. Responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, including contractors and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. Provides leadership, direction, and resources to the project supervisor, subordinate project managers, and project staff.Demolition Superintendents will be responsible for the planning & execution of assigned demolition projects within the established budget and schedule for the overall D&D project. Responsible for the supervision & successful execution of the demolition work. Responsible for acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts and executing the work including self-performance, subcontractors, and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. Provides leadership, direction, and resources to the Demolition Project Manager, Site Safety Manager, subordinate supervisor, craft workers, and project staff.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the projectWorking with other departments to develop budgets and plans to support project goalsMonitoring projects and overseeing tasks to ensure goals are metMeeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsWorking with the management team to improve strategiesManagement of subcontractors and coordination of self-performed workInstruct Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and SupervisorsAssisting the Demolition PM with planning, estimating, scheduling & performance trackingAssisting the Site Safety Manager & all workers with ensuring the work is done in a safe mannerSupervise supervisors and craft workers for self-performed work to ensure successful executionSupervise contractors and consultants for subcontracted work to ensure successful executionSupervise the proper maintenance, safe and efficient operation of equipmentPromoting and ensuring a Nuclear Safety Culture is embedded within the ProjectQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the Nuclear Industry, completed projects, and good performance reviewsMinimum of 10 years Demolition Superintendent experience for heavy commercial and industrial demolition projects5 years of Nuclear experience preferredExperience should include: conventional machine demolition, selective building/component/equipment demolition, demolition by cutting using both hot work & non-hot work methods, demolition utilizing cranes & rigging, implosion demolition, and material processing/preparing/recycling/waste disposal of all types of demolition materialsExperience with union labor is not required but is a plusAbility to schedule and manage tasks effectivelyConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsRisk managementWritten and verbal communication skillsCost control and budgeting skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsOrganizational and multitasking skillsProficiency with P6 & Hard Dollar software/formats is a plusFamiliarity with working in a Nuclear facility/environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically Industrial Engineering/Nuclear Engineering, is a plusPMP Certification is a plusPrevious Nuclear Decommissioning experience is preferredJob Type:Full-time / ExemptBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offLife/AD&DLTDPaid HolidaysSchedule:4-10 schedule (10-hour shifts)Experience:Nuclear: 2 years (Required)Project Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)Construction Superintendent: 5 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:Relocation before starting work requiredWork Location:In personCompany DescriptionJINGOLI Nuclear is a full-service company specializing in the development, planning, construction, start-up, commissioning, maintenance, project controls, and decommissioning of nuclear plant projects.
